What exactly does “Healthy Eating” mean? Meet our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who will present tips on how you can eat well on a budget. Our dietitian will help you sort through the benefits of many popular “health” foods you’ve probably heard about this past year, such as quinoa, kale and Greek yogurt. There will also be a question and answer period, where you can ask our dietitian questions about specific foods or healthy eating overall.
