Make this summer your Summer of Fitness! Getting in shape on your own can often feel like an impossible task, especially if you’ve never done it. Our certified physical trainer will discuss ways you can work fitness into your every day schedule, and talk about the many programs gaining popularity, like CrossFit, Zumba, and Insanity. We’ll discuss the many common workout mistakes, and how to avoid straining or even injuring yourself at the gym. There will also be a question and answer period, where you can ask our trainer your personal fitness questions.
